extremely poor customer service
I give a scammer rating: multiplke addresses in residential areas with multiple name changes and impossible to call or email. Yeyvibe did NOT respond to emails/telephone calls for over 2 weeks. When they did, it was a plea of "we will respond in 72 hours" aka as 3 days for a 24 hour clock. In business hours it would be 6, 12 hour days! Filed a "disputed" transaction with my finacial institution credit card and changed my card number immediately..TeeShirt Fabric quality substandard/gauze-like. Afraid to wear let alone wash. Yeyvibes refused to honor the "full refund" committment as WRITTEN ON THE Yeyvibe Webpage. They said they would not refund $$ simply because "I didn't like" the product. REEEEALY??
